Evaluation of the Graded Unit Development of the piece Although we were essentially given free rein for this piece of artwork, in reality we were constrained by boundaries. The boundaries I experienced were the physical restrictions put on us by the lockdown – I couldn’t do a landscape en plein air which probably would have been my first choice, I can get very moved by scenery! I was also restricted by my choice of medium as I was unsure where I would be working on my piece – if I was at my parents’ house I wouldn’t have had access to my full range of materials and tools.
